First of all. Thanks I appreciate your willingness to try something new and to let me help you build the bridge from where you are to where you want to be.

How this works:

You contact me via email or phone and we set up a free initial consultation. This is where we decide if working together will benefit you; if we are each other’s people. If so we move forward.

Once you decide we fit well you determine how frequently and how you would like to meet. Face to face, Skype or telephone are all choices. I’ll send you a contract/explanation of expectations. We get all that stuff out of the way, then we get to the good stuff.

We talk. I listen. I take notes. I make suggestions. You can take notes too if that’s how you operate but you’ll receive a follow up email with in 48 hours of our meetings outlining the main discussion points and areas of focus.

I’m completely available via email for questions or feedback between sessions. There’s no fee for that unless emailing gets unreasonable. -The contract/explanation of expectations  does a more thorough job of describing ‘unreasonable’. But no worries, I’m talking really excessive use. I love some quick back and forth exchange of ideas.

YOUR CHOICES

One time, 90-minute session.

Sometimes people only need a single session to help focus and/or a sounding board for ideas and decisions. I pose questions and offer clarity. Perhaps you need some help setting goals, but don’t think regular meetings are necessary. This is your best choice.

Four Months Partnering

This is on-going coaching. We’ll meet twice monthly or once monthly for 4  months.  The frequency is completely your call. The sessions last roughly an hour, but can go upwards of 90+ minutes if we’re moving in a great direction. I never book appointments back to back, so I’ll not rush you.

This is a good choice if you are creating long range plans, or if you do better with someone holding you accountable. Also, this length of time works well because there is typically a lull in motivation when working through a process change and having support though the tough spot will increase the likelihood of success.

Six Months Partnering

Similar to the four months, but lasting a little longer. There’s a small break in price.
